v1 : Initial POC
- Generate Nstage launcher configurations ( like SpaceX Falcon 9 )
- with :
-- selection of the engines of each stage (1 per upper stage, possible multi in first Stage)
-- selection of fuel tanks
- List all configuration in a comparative table
- Add booster propostion in first stage

further step :
- Add launcher capacity calculate from orbit specifications ( Ap / Pe )
- Add hypothesis of atmos-flying
- Add DLC's Engine plate capacity
- Add "guidance solution" and "desorbiting fuel" for last stage
